Booking your exam [Please read]

• On completion of the course contact via email jean@ipsofacto.uk.com and state your preferred exam DATE and TIME.
• Your exam will be booked using your preferred date and time, and you will be informed via email that your exam has been booked.
• Please look out for an exam invitation from Surpass, also checking your spam. If within 1 hour you haven’t received an exam invitation contact IPSO FACTO and we will investigate.

Issues during the exam [Please read]

All aspects of the exam are controlled by Surpass and the team at IPSO FACTO cannot help with any technical issue during your exam. There is assistance within the exam platform, but if they can’t help please contact APM for support 01844 271680
