This workshop will enable you to move from a potentially negative and unhelpful mindset towards change, to a more positive and optimistic viewpoint, as you learn to identify how you can influence the change, influence your mindset towards it and seek opportunities from that with you cannot control necessarily control.

You will learn to accept and embrace change and becoming more open to the idea of change, whether you are the person making the changes or are someone who has to deal with the changes that come your way.

Understanding the concept of change, the change curve, and how it tends to affect people’s mindset.
The role that emotions play in terms of dealing with change.
Why change can be unsuccessful and potentially damaging – therefore, how to turn things in your favour.
How to seek out opportunities from the potential adversity that may come with change.
The importance of optimism and the need to expand your comfort zone, making it a habit to do so.
The role that our attitude plays, not just in change, but it any potential adverse situation.
