    Agile Project Management (AgilePM® Certification)

    Agile Project Management also referred to as AgilePM®  practitioner level training course is designed to provide participants with an in–depth exploration of the Agile methodology. Through workshops and activities, participants will become familiar with the principles and practices of Agile project management and learn how to apply them to their own projects. We will cover the elements of Agile project management such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and explore how they can be used in various contexts.     AgilePM Foundation Online Exam

    AgilePM Foundation exam, day 2 (start 16:00)

    • 40 minute
    • Closed book
    • Multiple choice
    • 50 questions
    • 25 marks to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%

    AgilePM Practitioner Online Exam

    AgilePM Practitioner exam: day 5 (start 9:30)
    The practitioner examination is in the “Objective Testing” format of scenario, question and answer booklet.

    • Objective testing
    • 4 main questions, 20 marks per question
    • 40 marks to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
    • 2.5 hours duration
    • Open book (restricted to official v2 handbook)

    Exam Expiry

    The foundation examination remains valid and will not expire.

    On passing the practitioner exam you are recognized as an ‘AgilePM Registered Practitioner’. You will remain registered for a period of 5 years. To maintain the registered practitioner status you must complete and pass an AgilePM re-registration examination 3-5 years following your initial/previous practitioner certification.

    By the end of each course you will be in a position to:

    • Become immediately productive as a project manager in an agile project environment.
    • Demonstrate a practical understanding of Agile Project Management which is based on the internationally recognised framework of DSDM Atern.
    • Explain the difference between simple lightweight agile approaches which typically operate at the solution delivery (or ‘work package’) level and the greater holistic view of how multiple work streams are co-ordinated with the appropriate level of governance and control.
    • Be fully prepared to take the Foundation and Practitioner exams.
