With a wide range of project management courses to choose from it can be difficult to determine which qualification is best for you.
Your project management course can be taken in a live online virtual classroom, at home or work. All courses are delivered by a live trainer where you will be able to interact, just as if you were in a normal classroom environment. Training is recorded so if you miss anything or you’d just like to go over a topic again, you have the ability to repeat the topic as many times as you wish. You will be advised when your exam will be booked and exactly what the process is to take the proctored exam.

It can be challenging to choose the best project management course that’s right for you, your experience and your goals. It might be that one qualification is not enough and you need to combine two qualifications to get the job.
The Chartered Body for the Project Profession is a good place to start with its four APM qualifications. Your not learning a framework or a method but key topics from the APM’s body of knowledge. Topics include: Project Life Cycles, Leadership, Communication, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Scope Management, Risk and Issue Management, Governance, Organisation plus Project Structures and Context and Environments.
While the APM PFQ is a 60 minute multi choice exam. The APM PMQ exam is very different from most other project management qualifications as it is not multi choice. You will have to know your stuff to pass the written exam and demonstrate through your answers a degree of understanding.
You will be given sample exam papers during your course, which will be marked each evening. Support will be provided throughout your time with us in how to best prepare for your exam.
